Call for applications for the “Living Together Peacefully in a Diverse World” prize

arton4275.jpgThe Government of Azerbaijan and the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) are looking for projects from Central Asia and Arab countries that have a proven positive result and are enhancing cultural diversity for the Prize “Living Together Peacefully in a Diverse World.”

The total amount of the prize poolUS$ 28,000will be distributed among the top four projects. Not-for-profit organizations including non-governmental organizations, charitable organizations, research and educational institutions, labour unions, indigenous groups, faith-based organizations, professional associations and foundations that contribute to living together peacefully in a diverse world from eligible countries are invited to apply.

The Prize Ceremony in presence of global leaders and winners will take place in Baku during the 2nd World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue: “Living together peacefully in a diverse world”.

Deadline for submissions is 25 April 2013 at 5:00 p.m. ET
